All Rokeya Ghor orders are packed and dispatched from our location in Pacific, WA 98047, USA (1621 Central Ave, Suite 200, Cheyenne, WY,  82001, United States).

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping rates are shown at checkout:

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Delivery time estimates begin after your order has been processed and handed to the carrier. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

4. Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with tracking information, where available.

5. Orders Placed via WhatsApp

Orders placed through WhatsApp are confirmed by our team before payment and shipping. The same shipping rates and timeframes apply. Please confirm your full delivery address in the chat.

6. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer. If a package is returned to us, we can re-ship it once you cover the additional shipping cost.

7. Delays, Lost or Damaged Packages

Carrier delays can occur because of weather, peak seasons, or other events outside our control. If your package has not arrived within 7 business days of the ship date, or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@rokeyaghor.shop or +1 (307) 631-5084 within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos (for damage). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, send a replacement or issue a refund.

1. 30-Day Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase from Rokeya Ghor. If you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.

2. How to Start a Return or Exchange

Contact us at hello@rokeyaghor.shop or on WhatsApp at +1 (307) 631-5084 with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. We will reply with return instructions and the return address in Pacific, WA. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

3. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or item? We will happily exchange eligible products for another item of equal value, subject to availability. If the new item costs more, we will request the difference; if it costs less, we will refund the difference.

5. Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive returns that are lost in transit.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order on arrival. Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery, with photos, so that we can resolve it quickly.

7. Items That Cannot Be Returned

• Items that are used, damaged by the customer, washed, or altered
• Items returned without original packaging or tags
• Gift cards and downloadable products
• Opened personal care or hygiene products, and custom or personalized items (unless defective)
